Collective Outcomes and Social Mobilization in Chilean Employment Initiatives for Women

Chilean case studies explore the potential of women’s employment initiatives to foster social mobilization addressing the underlying socio-political factors related to poverty and unemployment. Some insight is provided regarding the emergence of collective endeavours, factors favouring their development, and barriers to social and political involvement.
