Rural Unit for Health and Social Affairs, Tamil Nadu, India A partnership intended to be of educational mutual benefit has been developed between the School of Social Work and Social Policy of the University of South Australia and the Rural Unit for Health and Social Affairs, Tamil Nadu, India. The challenge of developing a mutually beneficial partnership between north and south, given the inequality in wealth that exists between the two, is a critical component in an ethically based relationship, most especially when it includes a profession that espouses social justice as a central value.
